Shipping & Returns


Our products ship within 3-4 business days from the date we received your order. Shipping times may vary but typically range from 3-10 business days.

We only ship on business days (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS).

Free Standard Shipping is currently available on orders of $50.00 or more (Subtotal, before tax and discounts). Discount will automatically be applied during checkout.

We are currently only shipping inside the U.S. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. At this time we do not ship to U.S. Territories or Internationally.

Miss Bath Bomb does ship to APO / FPO / DPO Locations. Delays may occur and unfortunately they are out of our control.

We ship with USPS so we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

In the event there is an order placed with product(s) that are out of stock, we will contact the buyer to discuss options with the order. We do backorders so that is an option for our customers. We reserve the right to cancel the out of stock product in the case that we do not have enough supply to meet the backorder.

Once we receive your order, and we have fulfilled the shipping, we will notify our customer that the order has shipped. We will also include a tracking number.

Although we mainly ship using USPS, some packages may be delivered by different carriers.

Miss Bath Bomb is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or missing. Please notify the USPS with any concerns regarding your package.

Some of our products contain ingredients that can cause the product to melt or soften with increased temperature. We will label all packages with this warning, but if the package does arrive in a softened or liquid condition, we are not responsible. In many cases, once the product has cooled down it will return to a solid state and should be useable again. You can even place the product in the refrigerator until it has re-hardened. Most of our products should not be placed in direct sunlight. We are unable to replace or refund customers under these circumstances.

Return Instructions:

If you are returning a product, please make sure products are in the original packaging. You MUST include the original or copy of the packing slip/receipt. Returns are accepted within 30 days from your shipment date. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges in the event of a return/exchange.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us so we can correct this issue immediately with no additional cost. Incorrect items that were sent to you must be returned to us.
